Muslims around the world have to do/perform prayers 5 times a day. |
The 5 prayers have five names and five specific times as well as the following:
1- morning prayer time is at the dawn time before sunrise and is called in Arabic :
Fajr Prayer Or Salatu Alfajr
2- noon prayer time is at noon time and is called in Arabic :
Dhuhr Prayer Or Salatu Aldhuhr
3- afternoon prayer time is when things has double lenghth in their shadows and is called in Arabic : Asr Prayer Or Salatu Alasr
4- evening prayer time is when sun completely sets and is called in Arabic :
Maghrib Prayer Or Salatu Almaghrib
5- night prayer time is when it is completely dark approximately 2 hours after sunset and is called in Arabic : Issha Prayer Or Salatu Alishaa

Note:
On Fridays Muslims perform Friday Prayer instead of Dhuhr prayer and it is at the same time of Dhuhr prayer. Friday for Muslims people is like Sunday for Christian people. Muslims have to do Friday services prayers in groups not individually at mosque/masjid or at any other clean place or area. Most Arab countries take Friday as a holiday like Sunday.
